Worth Waiting also completes the hat trick

Posted on: 23rd Jul 2018 by: David R. Lanigan: Racing

Running over over the longer trip of 1m4f for the first time, Worth Waiting was settled just off the pace by jockey Franny Norton, who was more than happy to let her relax into her stride. She travelled well throughout and when asked the question two furlongs out responded willingly. However, there was a brief moment of panic as the gap closed, neverthelss she was switched right and picked up well inside the final furlong, to go on and win by a comfortable length and three quarters.

This win topped off a great 10 days for the team at Rathmoy Stables with 4 winners taking the strike rate of winners to runners to 24%.

Congratulations owner Mr Saif Ali. Well done to her groom Sandeep Pawar, regular rider Louise Kennedy and all of the team at Rathmoy Stables.
